Reveal Findings

Coronary Artery Bypass Graft. On-pump.
There is moderate LV systolis dysfunction. Visually estimated LVEF is 40%. There are multiple RWMAs. The septal, apical and anterior segments are hypokinetic/akinetic. The RV is normal. Aortic, mitral and tricuspid valves are grossly normal. The pulmonary valve is not seen in this study. There is no pericardial effusion. The descending aorta and proximal ascending aorta are seen here. There is no atheroma.
