LV systolic function is visually normal. There is no significant RWMA. RV function is normal. There is mild central MR and TR. The aortic valve is normal. There is no pericardial effusion. Atheroma is present in the aortic arch. Doppler studies are available for mitral inflow velocities, pulmonary vein & aortic/LVOT VTI.
