Reveal Findings

Coronary Artery Bypass Graft. On-pump.
There is severe LV systolis dysfunction. Visually estimated LVEF is <30%. There are multiple RWMAs. The septal, apical, mid anterior and apical segments are hypokinetic/akinetic. LVEF determined by Phillips 3DQ Advanced Quantification is 32%. The RV is normal. Aortic, mitral and tricuspid valves are grossly normal. The pulmonary valve is not seen in this study. There is no pericardial effusion. There is significant atheroma in the aortic arch.
