Aortic Valve Replacment
There is severe aortic stenosis present with moderate aortic regurgitation. There is post stenotic dilatation/aneyrysm of the proximal ascending aorta. LV systolic function is normal. RV function is normal. Tricuspid regurgitation is present. A prosthetic tissue aortic valve has been surgically implanted.
