Reveal Findings

Coronary Artery Bypass Graft. On pump.
LV systolic function is visually normal. The EF determined by Simpson's method is 53%. Stroke volume determined from LVOT VTI is 61ml. There is trivial MR, trivial TR and mild PR. The aortic valve is normal. The proximal ascending aorta, aortic arch and descending aorta are normal. There is no pericardial effusion present.
