Reveal Findings

Coronary Artery Bypass Graft. On pump.
There is severe LV systolic failure. RWMA involving the anterior, lateral and apical walls. Visula LVEF is < 30%. RV size and function are normal. There is mild functional MR, mild to moderate TR and mild AR. There is a small pericardial effusion and a pleural effusion is present.

Post-Bypass

Perioperative TEE 3.6a

Reveal Findings

Coronary Artery Bypass Graft. On pump.
LV systolic function has improved slightly compared to pre bypass state. RWMA remains present.
