Coronary Artery Bypass Graft. On-pump.
There is moderate to severe LV systolic dysfunction. Visually estimated LVEF is < 30%. The RV is normal. Mild central MR is present. The pulmonary valve is not evaluated in this study. There is no pericardial effusion. The descending aorta, proximal ascending aorta and aortic arch are evaluated. There is mobile atheroma in the aortic arch. An IABP is present.
