There is moderate LV systolic failure. The anterior and septal walls are hypokinetic. There is mild MR and the mitral valve leaflets are thickened and calcified. There is a calcified nodule at the vase of P2. The tricuspid and aortic valve were not evaluated in detail. There is aortic arch atheroma present.
